DESCRIPTION:The Capital District YMCA is coming to Hannacroix Creek Preserve with the Fall Hiking Series! Get outside\, enjoy the fall colors\, and meet new friends on up to four guided hikes through local trails! Learn about local history\, wildlife\, and plants\, as well as basic hiking and outdoor skills.
