Greene Land Trust recently completed a short film “Keep It Forever, The Flegel Farm.” That documents the history of the farm, the family, and their passion for protecting the farm from development forever.  A conservation easement donated by Ted to the Greene Land Trust provides this protection, while at the same time preserving an iconic New Baltimore agricultural landscape. Bob Knighton, President of the GLT  will show the film and introduce the Natural Resource Inventory also recently completed by GLT with help from Hudsonia, and a grant from the Hudson River Estuary Program.
